Its been a long absence! I know I’ve been lazy, but there has been a much more serious reason as well. After using my husband as a guinea pig for my calorie indulgent cooking phase and causing him to pack on the pounds, the doctor gave us an ultimatum. Either he looses quite a few kilos pronto or there will be heart and blood pressure problems looming large! Kartik is very emotional(and especially about food), and that’s putting it mildly! So I had to promise him that I will make his weight loss journey as delicious as possible. So here we are, 6 months and almost 30kgs hence.
My hard work in the kitchen and his hard work in the gym has had fabulous results. I have a sexier husband and a huge repertoire of low fat dinner ideas 🙂 Here are a few of the many meals I have made.
